How are orders shipped?

Shipments of products to destinations within Greece are Free regardless of the quantity and value of the order and are done with the courier company ACS.

How long do orders take?

Orders for finished products are shipped the next business day. Otherwise, they are shipped within 3-5 days, depending on the case. In this case you will be informed of the indicative delivery date.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free.

What are the payment methods?

Credit card purchases are made subject to its legal use. The cards that are accepted by the cooperating bank ALPHA BANK are Visa, MasterCard, Euroline of all banks. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the use of the SSL protocol by the cooperating bank.

RETURNS & CHANGES

How can I return a product?

The buyer has the right to return unjustifiably and for any reason the product he bought and delivered within 14 days from the date of receipt with a written notification of his request to the company at [email protected]

What are the terms of returning / changing a product?

The return / exchange of products is possible according to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • The product packaging must be in its original condition.
  • The returned product must not have been used or damaged.
  • Return costs are borne by the customer, unless real defects are found.
  • In the event that the product to be returned is received by our company without prior charge of shipping costs, these costs are deducted from the amount to be returned.
  • The buyer must place in the package all the documents required by law, in order to be able to cancel the specific sale. In case, the above conditions are not met, the product will not be received by the Company and will returned to the sender, at his expense.

What happens after the return of a product?

Upon the return of the product and its receipt by the competent service department, our company undertakes to replace the product with another similar and new one, in case the original has proved to be defective (replacement). In any other case, it credits to the buyer’s personal account on the website the amount initially paid. It is then possible to use the credited price to purchase another product, to your liking and choice.

If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, then the buyer must proceed with a new payment process to pay the difference. However, if the new product has a lower value than the returned one, then our company credits the buyer with the difference according to the above.

In the event that for any reason the replacement of the product (with another same or different) is not the choice of the buyer, the amount spent for the canceled purchase may be refunded. The method of return is determined in consultation with the relevant department and includes all the possibilities (deposit in a bank account, PayPal, credit card or cash).

In which cases it is not possible to return / change a product?

All products available from the company at special discount prices (offers) for a limited period of time may be excluded from the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return. In these cases, the products belong to the subcategory Offers, while their exclusion from the right of unjustified return is clearly stated in the specific conditions that frame their disposal.

In addition, the possibility of unjustified withdrawal / return excludes products that are made to special order according to the specifications of the consumer or are clearly personalized.

However, the right of return cannot be ruled out and the buyer is entitled to return it to the company in the event that legal or factual defects are found in the delivered product.
